Preheat the oven to 350℉
Mix dry ingredients together (flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, salt)
In a seperate bowl, mix the wet ingredients together (sugar, eggs, milk, oil, vanilla extract/paste).
Combine dry & wet ingredients.
After dry & wet ingredients are mixed, add 1 cup of boiling hot water. The consistency should be like soup.
Add cake mix to a pan that has been sprayed with non-stick spray.
Bake for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, test with toothpick or fork. If it is not completely cooked through, continue to cool in 5 minute increments unitl done.
Let cool for 20-25 minutes before serving.
