Preheat the oven to 350℉
Prepare a loaf pan by spraying it with cooking spray.
Mix the bread's wet ingredients (Bananas, Sour Cream, Egg, Dark Brown Sugar, Vegetable Oil, Vanilla Bean Paste).
Add dry ingredients (Flour, Baking Powder, Baking Soda, Salt) until combined.
In a separate bowl, combine the cream cheese filling ingredients (Egg, Sugar, Cream Cheese, Flour).
Fill the bread pan with a little over half of the bread batter & set aside.
Using a spoon or a spatula, place the cream cheese mixture over the bread batter in the bread pan in dollops. Spread evenly, being sure not to push the filling down.
Add the rest of the bread filling on top of the cream cheese mixture to the bread pan.
Place the bread pan on the center rack of your preheated oven & bake for 45 minutes. If the bread still needs more time to cook, check on it 5 minute increments.
